Graphic Artist & Events Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a creative Graphic Artist & Events Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As a Graphic Artist & Events Associate, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate our clients and their events. Additionally, you will assist with event logistics, sourcing, and operations.

Duties:

• Develop high quality graphics and visual images for illustrations, event themes, marketing materials and websites
• Create custom resolutions, surfaces, and 3D modeling
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative print, video, and event production concepts
• Create, edit, and maintain social media, websites, and other proprietary web-based platforms
• Incorporate changes recommended by the team and client into final designs
• Assist Operations and Client Services teams with event logistics and project management
• Assist in daily office management
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to negotiate design options based on feedback from team and client
• Up to date on all industry trends and innovation in graphic design
• Understanding and willingness to maintain brand standards for team and clients
• Familiar with Web and Mobile Site design
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and collaborate on projects effectively
• Flexibility to work both with a team and independently
